CROSS COUNTRY

Cross Country is a competitive team sport offered in the fall for students in grades 9 through 12. Training starts in the early summer as soon as June.  The great thing about cross country (abbreviated XC) is that everyone competes. There are no freshman cuts, and no bench to sit on and watch while others play.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Just a positive attitude and effort!

TRACK & FIELD

Track and Field is a competitive team sport offered in the spring for students in grades 9 through 12. Endurance athletes will compete in running events ranging from 400 meter (1 lap) to 3200 meters (8 laps). Track offers athletes a different racing experience. Each season may have different performance requirements.

TRY OUTS OCCUR LATE DECEMBER.
Pick more than one event!
